We can ship goods to all areas of Mainland UK including Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man.
We aim to despatch your order on the same day, subject to you receiving an email from us confirming receipt by 4pm. We cannot be held liable for delays in delivery due to a third party.
Our chosen carrier is TNT with a carriage weight up to 20kg.
If for any reason we cannot adhere to this agreement, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will be given the option to cancel your order with a full refund.
If your goods cannot be delivered for any reason, and subsequently returned to us, the cost of the goods will be refunded in full, less a charge of £9.99 to cover packing and administration costs.
If it becomes apparent that your order has been lost in transit, we will arrange to forward a replacement at no cost to you after confirming the loss with TNT. Please allow up to four working weeks for TNT to confirm the loss.
