Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just complete our registration form which will allow you instant access to all our products and prices. Simply browse our store, add any items you wish to purchase into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ where you will be asked for a few further details so your order can be processed.

As soon as we receive your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will only confirm acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. This term has been included in order to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the amendment is acceptable.

We accept credit card payments using either Mastercard/Visa or alternatively, Visa Debit Card and Paypal.

Pictures are for illustration purposes only; products may occasionally vary in size, shape or colour.

Shipping & Handling
If we receive your order before 4pm, we aim to despatch same day, with next working day delivery. Please note our business hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.

At the point of purchase, you will have the option to request timed delivery by courier at an additional cost.

Urgent deliveries can be made in the local area by our own driver by special arrangement, please contact us for details.

Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. An email will always be sent to the registered email address with the option to cancel your order should you prefer not to wait.

Tax Charges: For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT is added. We currently only take orders and deliver within the UK.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed via our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website. We only accept card payments where the invoice address matches the address the card is registered to.

We guarantee your satisfaction. Should you encounter a problem with any product you purchase, please contact us. Different items have different guarantee periods; these do not cover normal wear and tear.

Rowan (UK) Limited do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents if your shopping cart, to store delivery address if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. Your can turn off cookies within your browser by going to ‘Tools/Internet Options/Privacy’ and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders to benefit from the other features that use cookies.

We may use your contact details for customer service/marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be included in this, please send us an email to confirm your request.

Returns Policy
Returns Policy If you wish to return any non faulty items, a 10% handling will be applied. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will pay for the postage cost for returning the faulty items and will replace the item with a brand new product or refund. The delivery timescales will be same as mentioned above in the Delivery policy.

PLEASE NOTE: We will only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
Your rights to return good are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
